Scratch Amazingness

Hey readers! Welcome back on MegaBlades.Blogspot.com! And may I also add merry Christmas! Sorry that I haven't been posting any new posts lately, the holidays got me doing other things like wrapping presents, rapping songs, and of course everybody's favorite, regifting fruit cakes! Not really about that last one, I always eat the fruit cake myself! Just kidding about that other last one, I've never  even had any fruit cake in my whole life! But what I really wanted to tell you guys is that if you go to Scratch.mit.edu go into search and type in mega glob, you can find some of my own codes that I've, well, coded, and watch or even play some of my programs! Also, another super cool coder named zaneiceninja, has some of his codes on scratch too! So to sum it all up, you can go on scratch.mit.edu and watch or play some of my or my friends codes, and a merry Christmas and to all a good night!

Welcome back readers! I'm sorry there haven't been any posts lately, but I haven't had much spare time, but I'm back now to talk about one of my favorite Beyblades, Shelter Regulus. The really cool part of him is that he starts the battle as an attack type, then slowly turns into a defense type! How does it work you may ask?  Basically it has spring type things on his energy layer and his performance tip to where when he first goes into battle, the pressure pulls out the claws on his energy layer, and pushes his performance tip down.

Garuda, The Giant Phoenix

Today I'm showing you a really cool Beyblade named Maximum Garuda. His energy layer(the part you can see from the top) is giant! Also it's performance tip has propeller type parts and insane stamina! I've tested it and it beat both Drain Fafnir and Surge Excalius(which I'm going to post about in a few days)! I'll hope you'll come on to MegaBlades.com tommorow, goodbye!

Basic Rules of Beyblade Burst

Welcome back viewers, today we're going to talk about the basics of Beyblade. Beyblade is a game where 2 to as many as you can fit around the stadium compete against each other to be the last Beyblade standing. To win you need 2 to 5 points, and how do you get points you may ask? There are three different ways to earn points 1: a survivor finish (as seen in image A). 2: a ring out finish ( as seen in image B). 3: a burst finish (as seen in image C). Every time a blader gets any amount of points, it goes on until one player has the amount of points to win. A good launching tip is to always aim for the center of the stadium and launch with all your might! By the way, there are 4 different types of Beyblades, attack, stamina, defense, and balance.
Attack types go crazy around the stadium and try to knock their opponent out. Stamina types are meant to outlast their opponent. Defense types try to ward off attacks. And balance types are a mix of the other 3.

Behind The Glob

My mom was visiting Arkansas. I thought about how fun it is to write comic books, and I remembered the movie Monsters Vs Aliens character Bob (who was a goo substance created in a lab), and thought about a different version of him I could create, and thus Mega Glob was born.







Later today you can get beginner tips to become a better blader. You'll also learn some good launching tips and info about each of the 4 types of Beyblades.

Drain Fafnir Uncovered

Hi there again readers, today I found out more about a really cool Beyblade named Drain Fafnir.

He can drain his opponent's Beyblade's power in the middle of a battle!

How does he do it?

1. He has rubber to absorb attacks.
2. He spins counter-clockwise.
3. When a clockwise spinning Beyblade clashes with a counter-clockwise spinning one, they have a habit to even out power of each Beyblade.

What is a good strategy to use with Drain Fafnir?

You can either rig your own launcher to launch badly to make Fafnir absorb all of it's opponent's power, or you can even spin it with your hand!

The Origin of Mega Glob

One day, in a lab, an evil scientist was experimenting with different chemicals trying to build a new weapon for the evil portion of the army. But he accidentally put in 2 more unstable liquid molecules than it needed. It started to bubble. It started to grow. And then. It. Happened. He made the perfect coconut souffle! But, in the lab across the street, an even more evil scientist was messing with oobleck chemicals (the kind of slime you make from cornstarch and water). He mixed in some human DNA, and, poof! It turned into a green, 7 foot tall goo. "It's not dead! It's not dead!" Said the evil scientist. But just then, the goo jumped out the glass dome shaped roof! "Get that glob!" Yelled the scientist. But his army men never reached it. To Be Continued  ?

Quetziko The Winged Snake

When I first started watching Beyblade burst I found an awesome website called https://beyblade.hasbro.com/en-us it has access to cool videos, info about the app and the show, and also has a shop to buy or just look at cool beyblades. My first Beyblade burst toy was one called Quetziko, a defense type with a super wide forge disc. I hope you enjoyed this post, and the next post is going to be about Mega Glob's origin story.
